SHIPPING POLICY

We know the wait sucks — that’s why we hustle to get your gear to you as fast as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship at BrokenCupid.

🚚 ORDER PROCESSING

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after placing your order.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

🇮🇳 SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (after dispatch)

  • Remote Areas: May take a little longer depending on courier service

  • Shipping Partners: We work with reliable partners like Delhivery, BlueDart, and others to get your fit to you securely.

We do not offer same-day or express shipping at the moment.

💸 SHIPPING FEES

  • Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total.

  • Free shipping may be available during special promotions or minimum order thresholds.

🧾 ORDER TRACKING

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to start showing movement.

📦 MISSING OR DELAYED ORDERS

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, check the tracking link for courier updates.

  • If it’s been more than 7 business days post-shipping with no update, get in touch with us.

  • BrokenCupid is not liable for delays caused by natural events, courier issues

  • In case a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
