RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We get it β scent is personal, and sometimes it takes more than one match to find the one. At BrokenCupid, weβre committed to quality and hygiene, which means our return policy is strict β but fair.
π EXCHANGES ONLY β NO RETURNS / NO REFUNDS
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any fragrance products. This includes cases of buyer's remorse, accidental orders, or a change of mind.
We offer exchanges only under limited circumstances β read below carefully.
π¦ HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us at infobrokencupid@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
A brief description of the problem
If your case is approved, weβll send you instructions on how to proceed. Weβll either ship a replacement or offer store credit β depending on availability.
Note: Exchanges are only processed once per order. Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back, while weβll cover the cost of sending out the new one.
π« NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety, we do not offer exchanges on:
Opened or used bottles
Fragrances without original packaging
Limited edition or Mystery Box drops
Promotional or clearance items
π NOTE ON TRYING FRAGRANCES
Fragrance is subjective, which is why we encourage you to explore detailed scent descriptions before purchasing. All our perfumes are final sale once opened.
